Installing your new Titan system can be a challenge, which is why we send our knowledgeable, friendly Titan project managers to help get your hardware and software up and running quickly. Your project manager will work with you before and during installation, ensuring that all of the features you’ve selected are implemented and working properly.
During installation, your project manager will train you and your managers to use your new system as effectively as possible. Training time will vary depending on the size and complexity of your system, but our clients are always surprised at how quickly training can be conducted with our intuitive, easy-to-use tools and interfaces.
Titan offers different training models for organizations with different internal resources and levels of experience. Frequently we recommend a “train the trainer” model, which provides comprehensive training for your administrators and top-level users, in addition to assistance and partial oversight as they train other users in turn. Many clients prefer this approach, which allows their personnel learn how to use the system from their organization’s managers, in the context of their internal policies and procedures.
